Bill’s Bar-B-Que is the oldest BBQ joint in Kerrville. Our pits have been seasoned for over 40 years, giving our meat the most distinctive taste newer restaurants can’t reproduce. We use Texas sourced fresh meat and make everything else from scratch.
In the past 44 years, we have built our business on cooking the best barbecue in the Hill Country. Joe and Dee Marino bought Bill’s BBQ from Bill Lowry, and adopted many of his special, time-tested methods. Dee and Mary Dowdy operated Bill’s BBQ from 1982 to 2005. During their tenure, Bill’s became a landmark in Texas barbecue.
Today, Joe Marino Jr and his wife Jane continue the Bill’s BBQ tradition. Even as Bill’s continues to grow and change, we’re still committed to our time-tested recipes, methods, and quality ingredients. We welcome you to drop in, have a plate, and experience legendary Texas barbecue at Bill’s.

All caterings and deliveries include your choice of meat, two sides, barbecue sauce, pickles, onions, jalapeños, bread (white and wheat), iced tea and water, cups, plates, utensils, wet-naps, toothpicks… we can even bring dessert! For a typical catering, we bring a crew to your venue to set up and serve you and your guests. We bring our own tables and tablecloths to serve off of — all you have to provide is a place for your guests to dine.
